These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and Tactics Cricket Cup ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Tactics Cricket Cup mobile application (the "App") and the companion website at lineups0039.com. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use of the website.
The App is a simulated cricket-management game. It is a single-player, offline experience in which you run a fictional T20 franchise across a 14-match season, build a squad from a 40-player catalog of fictional players, and play one match per day through a tactical play loop (Match-Day Wheel, XI Builder, Coin Toss, Over Simulator, Result Card). Progress is stored locally on your device.
No real betting, wagering, or gambling takes place inside this App. Bookmaker elements, model lines, odds displays, and probability indicators that appear in the App are ambient atmosphere only — they are read-only decoration and have no input surface. The App does not accept stakes of any kind, does not connect to any real-money gambling service, and does not facilitate the placement of bets. Match results are produced by an in-app deterministic simulation, not by any real-world event.
The App does not award prizes, cash, or anything redeemable for cash or items of monetary value. Scout Packs, Scout Tokens, players, streak badges, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred between users.
All players, teams, leagues, franchises, and match events depicted in the App are fictional. All player imagery is AI-generated. No real cricketer, league, franchise, broadcaster, sponsor, or trademark is depicted, endorsed, or referenced by the App, and any resemblance to real-world cricketers or organisations is coincidental.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The App, its source code, its design, its written content, its user interface, the names of in-game players, teams, leagues, and the Playbook reference library are owned by Tactics Cricket Cup or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Trademarks, service marks, and trade dress associated with the App are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use them without our prior written consent.
Player imagery in the App is AI-generated. You may view it only as part of normal in-App use. You may not extract, redistribute, or republish the imagery for any other purpose.
All gameplay data (squad, XI selections, Scout Packs, match results, streak, Scout Tokens, Playbook progress, Bookmaker's Corner history) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. Our handling of technical signals required for attribution and push notifications is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may from time to time release updates to the App that fix bugs, change gameplay balance, refresh Scout Pack drop rates (always disclosed in Settings), add Playbook entries, or otherwise improve the experience. Some updates may be required for continued use. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App, or these Terms, at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the App after a change has been published means you accept the change.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tactics Cricket Cup, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which, for a free App, is zero).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tactics Cricket Cup and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, the licence granted to you in Section 6 ends immediately. Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tactics Cricket Cup is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you a different right.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
